Punctured and taped

Me! Or more accurately, the skin on my left shoulder/back.

First punctured with acupunture needles.

And then the remains taped up by my very able physiotherapist to 'pull' my shoulder back to its right position. All thanks to OOS.

Computers have a lot to answer for!
